He is skilled in designing learning events which impact participants & really help move the business forward. He also supports many senior leaders with executive coaching. Graham leads our team of consultants in the areas of design & delivery.

Sarah Cooper - Senior L&D Consultant. Sarah has worked for many years with organisations in the UK & Europe, working with senior leadership teams to develop talent & leadership capability. As an experienced facilitator & coach she has worked to develop high performing teams, supporting professional growth & business delivery.
